I'd venture to say, pumpkins are really just chatty gourds in disguise. And speaking of disguises, here's a bit of an inside scoop: that famous Libby’s pumpkin pie filling? Not pumpkin at all. It's a Dickinson squash, a cousin of butternut, if you please! It seems we could’ve called this soap Beatific Butternut or Sassy Squash… but in the end, Garrulous Gourd had that right ring of mischief.
